In a previous article, mmjjmm@post.its.mcw.edu (Michael Malloy) says:
>I am interested in getting started in satellite communications and would
>like to get more information. If you have any files or information that
>you could forward I would be greatful.
Have you thought of joining AMSAT? I joined when I first became
interested in satellite ops, and have no regrets. They sent me a very
helpful info package.

Hello,
I have been playing around on RS-10 and Eyesat-1 over the past couple of
weeks with no problem getting into either bird. Unfortunately, it's
getting pretty boring talking to myself...
Does anyone live in or know anyone in New Zealand or southern South
America who would be interested in attempting a satellite contact with
KC4AAA? This has never been done before at this station, at least on
the ham satellites. I'm in the process of putting together a station
for some of the other satellites to try to make contact with the
states, but right now can only come up on RS-10 and Eyesat-1.
Co-visibility to NZ on RS-10 is brief, but contact would be possible.
